Designed and built in 2007, this custom home has five split levels and 3,136 sq. ft. of living space.
It's located on top of a mountain ridge overlooking the City of Boulder and the front range of Colorado. The front entrance is very subtle however once inside the view foyer has steps up to the main level.

The client's office has an awesome view of the front range nearly a thousand feet below. He's also an avid rock climber and wanted this outcropping of granite near his office. The lower level is a secondary bedroom and it too has breathtaking views.

The great room overlooks the City of Boulder Colorado with a three car garage below. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the great room and has amazing views of the canyon below.

This custom home has seven split levels and also has amazing views of the Colorado front range. Because of it's location, we worked closely with the local fire department to assure their ability to access the home, if needed.

The back of this awesome home is very subtle and blends into the landscape. The slope is very steep as seen in the road below!

The builder sold this house in two days! He was great to work with. Designing smaller homes like this is really my meat and potatoes and I enjoy designing them.

The style of this fireplace was the builder's idea and it's very fitting for this house. I just had to include it! I suppose I should have moved the building materials before taking the photo though!
